Storytelling
food for thought ...
While food keeps our body fueled and running, thinking about where and what to eat becomes almost a daily chore when we lack an effective searching tool.
In order to search and gather key information before picking a restaurant, and to book a place, users are often required to juggle between different platforms. Information are scattered everywhere with the current search tools and food review platforms. Additionally, with the existing food review platforms, reviews are mostly restaurant-focused; hence it becomes difficult to see ratings for a specific dish.
In light of the above, this project aims to create an all-in-1 platform that helps users make dining decision more effectively and effortlessly. User-centred features are implemented to simplify the search process and enhance the general user flow.
UI Prototyping & Artefacts
Client's endorsement
"It's really impressive with the amount of time they spent doing all the work to develop the final prototype. I really enjoy the overall design, I think it fits in with what we were trying to achieve. Natalie and Elaine's design is a very radical departure from what we had. The choices of colour are awesome, I'm really happy to see that there's a different take on what we could do. All the research that they've done is just a bigger validation of their skills, and to the demand of the market." - Jason Lee, Founder of COB
"The amount of work put into the project is evident with all the improvements and changes from the first MVP to the final one. Thank you for validating the users and pain points which helped us greatly to identify what features we should prioritise in our development. Well done!"- Azwin Lam, Founder of COB
